The Head of CAS is a graduate of the University of Michigan—Ann Arbor, Ross School of Business, and the Counselor holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. They have the expertise to strategically guide and prepare students for early as well as regular admission to prestigious universities. In addition, they take the responsibility to continue to serve as mentors for the students, from planning their courses in college, choosing a career field, to career consulting after graduation.

For instance, one student graduated from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and currently works in the New York office of Ares Capital, a renowned private credit investment company.
